POLICY STATEMENTS
Health and safety policy statement
It is the Company's intention that its work will be carried out in accordance
with the relevant statutory provisions and all reasonably practicable measures
taken to avoid risk to its employees or others who may be affected. Management
and Supervisory staff have the responsibility for implementing this Policy throughout
the Company and must ensure that Health and Safety considerations are always
given priority in planning and day to day supervision of work. This Company
will fully comply with the duties placed upon it within the requirements of
the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 1994. It will adhere to any
Health and Safety Plan instigated and ensure full compliance by all parties
involved. All employees and sub contractors are expected to co-operate with
the Company in carrying out this Policy and must ensure that their own work,
so far as reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves
or others. The Directors have particular responsibility for Health, Safety and
Welfare and to whom reference should be made in the event of any difficulty
arising in the implementation of this policy. The operation of this Policy will
be monitored by the management and staff of the Company. This policy will be
reviewed at least annually or when current legislation demands.

Year 2000 Compliance Statement
SDP were fully Y2K compliant by 30th April 1999, and can confirm that our systems
suffered no adverse effects by the millenium date change. SDP are committed
to being at the forefront of technological advances. Our I.T. department ensures
that we have an ongoing programme of systems update and enhancement. All of
our computer systems, hardware, software and peripherals were extensively tested
in 1999 and we can confirm that they are all compliant.
